OLD HOME INTERIORS

Working as a milliner made me very aware and sensitive to client’s needs and wants. Each design was unique to that person and reflected their personality. The same applies to designing and decorating interiors.

Time will be spent establishing your lifestyle, likes and dislikes, priorities and ideas. The first hour’s consultation is free of charge. You may want to work round a favourite piece of furniture or decorative item or recycle what you already have. You may prefer to start from scratch. Whatever the case I will design accordingly, aiming to create an individual eclectic look bearing in mind that old and new can compliment each other well. Period features will be conserved and enhanced. Working to your budget, your interior will be transformed by the use of colour, textures and interesting combinations of window, floor and wall finishes.

I can design as little or as much as required on:

• Layout of an interior, room and furniture plans best suited to you and your lifestyle from the space available.
• Colour schemes, paint finishes, wallpapers and fabrics suited to the particular space, period of property or the look you wish to achieve
• Style of floors & floor coverings, ironmongery, light fittings, fireplaces and radiators. Soft furnishings – curtains, blinds and upholstery
• Furniture, lights, soft furnishings, decorative objects and works of art to compliment
